Great showroom! I love the vibe. It’s casual sophisticated outdoor kitchens. Huge selection. We were welcomed by the staff and given a tour. I’m referring my neighbor who just finished renovating his backyard!

This company is a scam. When I purchased this the product they said I would have to pay in full so I can get on the schedule as soon as possible .I had a graduation party for my son and they promised that the grill would be delivered June 15th. They called me on the June 10th they could not deliver it because they had no drivers . So I had to cancel my son's graduation party pay an extra fee and they promised they would be delivering it the following week. So I get a text on Wednesday saying they're going to deliver it on Thursday of the following week.. so everything was good to go. Then I get a phone call today which is Friday and said they have postponed the delivery for the following week . I then asked them for a refund and they said no. I've been in business for 40 years never treated a customer this way. Pathetic

Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. Paradise Grills did not honor what was agreed upon during the sales process, and communication afterward was poor. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but my concerns were not taken seriously. A company is only as good as its commitment to its customers, and unfortunately, Paradise Grills failed to stand behind their promises. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I stopped by just to checkout the grills. Let me tell you how much of a great experience I had when Keith. If you are in the market for out door kitchen, Keith is the guy you need to see. 100% real.

5 BIG STARS Paradise Grills in Boca Raton on Glades Road at the Uptown Plaza is absolutely top tier. From the moment we walked in, Dana and Carey made the entire experience exceptional. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help us design the perfect outdoor kitchen setup. Dana was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, answering every question and making the process feel easy and fun, while Carey brought a great energy and deep product knowledge that made us feel confident in every decision. Neither of them was pushy at all, just truly focused on what would work best for our space and lifestyle. If you’re even thinking about an outdoor kitchen or grill, this is the location to visit and Dana and Carey are the team you want to work with. Outstanding service, great products, and an overall excellent experience. Highly recommend.
